Built from 1m x 2m, 1m x 1m, 2m x 0.5m modular decks, our staging can be configured into almost any rectangular layout, from 4m x 2m, 6m x 4m, 8m x 4m or larger platforms.
The modular system also makes it possible to create T-shaped stages, catwalks, runways and other custom layouts to suit your venue and event.

Our modular staging is available with adjustable leg sets, allowing you to create anything from a low 200mm platform to stages over 1 metre high.
A 300mm height works well for panel discussions, presentations and small corporate events, while 600mm–800mm is ideal for conferences, award ceremonies and larger audience settings. For theatre productions, gala events and occasions where greater visibility is required, 1m+ stage heights can be configured.

Yes. Our complete staging service covers delivery, professional installation and dismantling after your conference. Our experienced team ensures everything is set up safely and on schedule, leaving you free to focus on delivering a successful event.
We recommend reserving your stage as early as possible, especially for larger events or bespoke staging requirements. Allowing four to six weeks gives our team adequate time to plan the design, coordinate logistics and prepare the equipment. Short-notice bookings may also be available, depending on our schedule.
Steps included as standard. Handrails required on stages 600mm+ for safety, supplied with the hire.
Decks are rated for 750kg per square metre as standard, plenty for bands, choirs, drum kits and tiered seating. Heavier point loads available.
